Hello - Can somebody tell me what is typically time at Delhi for visa stamping through drop box. This is for L1A extension.

How long does it take for picking up passport from Visa Application center, after all documents and passport has been submitted to them?

Appropriate some information, so that I can plan my stay in Delhi accordingly

can you please let me know , how did you know you qualify for Dropbox.

The reason why i ask is that i am on L1 visa as well , blanket previously and extension is individual and am contemplating going for Dropbox (IWP), but am not sure whether i qualify or not.

When you fill out your form/documents , do they tell you that you qualify for dropbox?

any help would be appreciated

i saw the document/link however i am tad confused on class between l1b blanket and l1b individual, whether its eligible or not.

Individual is applicable for drop box, bit not blanket, as far as i know.

Hi,

If your previous L visa was under individual category , expired with in last 12 months , issued in India and has not annotated "clearance received" then you can opt drop box option.
you have to book appointment under dropbox category and then you can visit nearest US vfs and drop below docs:

your I797 copy
Old visa copy'
Dropbox confirmation
original passport
two specification photos
Ds160 confirmation page.

Once you drop all these docs, it will take min 7 working days for your passport to come back. Processing time may vary depending upon consulate decision to grant visa.
