L1 visa with single entry

Dears,

I am a Syrian national living on Dubai since 7 years.
I have been recently transferred to the US under the subject visa.
It is now under process, but i got to learn that under reciprocity rules, i would only get it for 3 month single entry!
Can i ask how this should work? Especially that i have to travel to other countries during my assignment in the US

After 4 years of asking this question. I have literally the same situation. I would love to know what you ended up to? Is there a way to extend this visa later? Your response would be greatly appreciated!
