  • L1B Blanket Rejected, next step to file L1A Individual

    Hi All,
My L1B Blanket Visa got rejected on 24th March 2016 and now my company is processing my L1A Individual VISA. I am currently having 8.7 years of Experience with the same Employer and the same Client. Also, I already was in US for almost 2.8 years in the past between March, 2011 to Nov, 2013. It would be really great if someone please help me with my one query "Is it Okay to apply L1A individual within a year after getting L1B Blanket rejected ?". Thank You !

These are two different visa categories and your employer must be aware based on your role which visa category needs to be applied for.

If you are applying for L1A then you need to submit enough evidence to prove has changed since then and why you are now a manger rather than SME.
