L1B - L2 COS (I-539 Query)

Hi,

I'm working in USA with L1B Visa. My spouse is also in L1. I'm trying to convert my status from L1B to L2. I've a doubt in i-539 form.

Question: Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child or parent an extension or change of status?

Options : No / Yes, filed with this I-539 /Yes, filed previously and pending

My spouse L1 petition is already approved. I'm not sure which option i should select. can anyone please help me on this.
