Query on L2 Dependent Processing

Hey Guys,

My company will be applying for L1A (Individual) soon for me and L2 for my dependents. My wife also works in the same company but would be leaving the company to fly with me.

Now I need to know how can I initiate my L1A with L2 in parallel? Is there any concept for NOC from the employer or how should it go?

Hi All,
I am going to US on L1-B blanket. Both me and my wife will be attending the interview together. My wife is working in a different company. Now apart from the basic documents for spouse like passport etc, what other documents for working spouse will be asked at the visa interview to issue L2 visa.
