I want to know if I am eligible to apply for GC in EB1 Category. Here is my information -
India Office: Till May 2012 - I was Senior Associate Technology Level 2 for 3 years (Apart from regular delivery and architect work, Job Role included - Interviews, Hiring, Exit and Roll offs, Growth Plan, Team & People Management, Performance Evaluation and Feedback, Financial Review). However, by title, I was not a Manager.
US Entry: Jun 2012 on L1B (Title: Senior Associate Technology Level 2)
Promotion while in US: March 2013 - I got promoted to Manager Title and i was in US that time.
Left US: Feb 2015
Got L1A from India: Feb 2015 (Same month)
US Re-entry: Feb 2015 on L1A (Same month)
Promotion while in US: August 2016 - I got promoted to Senior Manager Title recently.
My company is interested in hiring me in US offices and i want to know if i can go for EB1 Category for Green Card.
