Request for evidence from USCIS for Ind. L
Hi all,
10 days back my company filed an Individual L visa for me, but the USCIS send an Query documents asking for the evidence of speacialized knowledge and they also found some discrepancy in the project dates mentioned in some of the documents.
we made a mistake in project dates of documents (.ie. one document sepcify the project start on June 2005 and another document project specifiy start on september 2005). I don't know how to appoligize these error or how to explains this error to USCIS.
will it be acceptable if i specify as typing error.
Please help me...
The exact sentence specified in the query document is
In the conclusion of your cover letter you wrote that the beneficiary has been involved in YYYY project since June of 2005, but Deputy General Man ager YYYY twice in his letter indicated, that the beneficiary did not become involved, with, that project prior to September of 2005. Pieasc explain this discrepancy.
Please help how can i explain this discrepancy.
