Hi Guys,
I applied for L1b Individual (Normal) on 15th July 2016.
Received my RFE on Sep 15th 2016.
Responded back on 1st Dec, 2016.
Still waiting for response. What's the general TAT for RFE response. Is there anything real like, the longer it takes, the higher the chance for denial. Fingers crossed. Driving me crazy, every passing day.
P.S - I had a L1B - Blanket rejection in Mar 2016.
