Problem:
My (and wife's) GC was applied by my company in Feb 2015 in EB1 category and a few weeks back I got an RFE on i-140 which was responded on 11/9. We recieved EAD cards in ~March 2016. My wife was originally on L1A visa that she got form her employer. That visa got expired (~6-8 months back) and she started using the EAD for her employment. Our EAD cards are expiring in Feb 2017. We delayed the EAD renewal process and the new cards may take ~March to arrive. In Jan my wife has an L1A visa interview scheduled in India. I am on a valid H1-B visa.
Questions:
1. Does she have a chance to get L1A visa when she was already using EAD for the last ~6-8 months?
2. If she gets the L1A visa, does that impact our chances to get Green Card?
3. We are travelling to India in Jan and will be back by Jan end. We will have valid AP and EAD till Feb end. If my wife's L1A gets rejected, will she face problem getting into US?
