Kids on H4 VISA i-94 expiry in 2 wks, their passport renewal pending with consul
My Kids on H4 Visa, their I-94 getting expired in 2 weeks. Their passport renewal is pending with Indian consulate at Chicago. I have to submit form I-539 before I-94 expiry, but no passport in hand to submit that. What do I need to do now ? Any similar experiences, please guide.
