L2 VISA interview appointment in HINDI with Delhi Consulate

I am trying to get L2 VISA appointment for my family in Hindi at Delhi consulate. I can get OFC date and not able to get consulate date, trying for last 15 days day and night. Can somebody help me how to get date.
