L1B to L2 COS processing time
I'm on L1B and I would like to switch to L2 based on the L1 of my Spouse, what would be the approximate processing time for the COS.
And are there cases where L2 EAD approval takes longer than 90 days? I'm trying to evaluate my employment gap if I convert from L1B to L2 EAD.
