L1B visa with US citizen girlfriend and child

My employer is going to sponsor an L1B blanket visa for me, my girlfriend (we are not married) and our child are both US citizens, do you see this as a possible red flag for the visa officer? Could my visa be denied on these grounds?

They both appear as travel companions on my DS-160.
