Is a Masters Graduate eligible for L1-visa?

I am in a dilemma. I completed my Masters from USA last December 2016. Before starting my Masters, I worked for a company in India. The same company is planning to open a new office in USA. So, I need to know whether I would be eligible for L1 visa or not?
