L1 and L2 extension and L2 EAD renewal questions
Hello all
Can anyone please help me with answers on below .
Me , My husband and kid's L1 visa is getting expired on 23 rd march 2017 . His company has applied for visa extension in Nov 16 and converted to premium processing 2 weeks back . We got REF on Indian subordinates information .
My questions
1. Has anyone also got such additional document REF under L1 A category ?
2. After we reply to REF how much time it typically takes for decision under Premium processing.
3. Can I apply for L2 EAD renewal with his approval notice and I -94 if my case result does not come with his result?
4. Can I travel to India when my EAD application is in process ?
