Current company experience of exactly 1 year (overall 6+). Chances of rejection?

Hi

I have just completed a year with my current organisation with overall experience of 6+ years.

I need to apply for L1B for one of the project requirements. Please help me with the below.
1) I heard that there are very high chances of rejection just for the reason that I have just 1 year experience with the current company. Is this correct?
2) What if I still go ahead and visa is rejected? would it be a negative mark the next time?
