L2 visa converted to employment-based GC

Hi there

Please assist me with some information. I hold a L-1 visa and am establishing an affiliate office for my company in the USA. My husband is applying for a L-2 visa. I understand this will allow him to work. Once he finds a job, can he apply to change his L-2 visa into an employment based green card through his new employer? If so, would our children (minors) and I also be included on his green card?

If his employer is willing to go through the process and petition him, etc., yes.
