    L1 A Conversion

    While working in L1B, my role changed to Manager.

    What would the best way to Convert my status from L1B to L1A ?

    Attend Visa Interview in Blanket L1A Petition when I travel outside US next time (At the earliest)

    OR

    File L1A petition in US, once approved; get it stamped next time I go outside US.

    Better to file in us. If you have a good lawyer with in 14 Days.. U will get apeoval. Bcoz my cause also was same...
