Hi There,
I have a valid L1B Blanket visa with I94 valid till Oct 2018 and Visa valid till oct 2020. I intend to stay in US, I am looking for the best option I might have.
1. My employer may not process Green card for me (if at all yes, it would be in EB2).
2. should I apply for H1B through other employer, if yes then what would be next step towards green card.
3. If I apply for H1B through other employer, will I have to mandatorily quit my current job after September 30th.
4. I intend to stay in the current project until 2018. Assuming I get H1B, is it possible for me to hold both the visa.
5. What other best option do I have to get a green card.
Kindly help with my situation.
