Is there any delay in issuing L1A visas?

I have applied for L1A individual visa and I am yet to schedule the interview. I am a bit apprehensive since I heard there is a huge delay to approve the visa and there is a lot of chaos due to the new restrictions and bills passed. Is this true? Is it affecting l1 visas too ?

I have the same concern, my L1A individual petition got approved and yet to go stamping. Is there any delay issuing stamping the L1A visa's?
