Acquistion affect on L2 - Need a new EAD?

My company got acquired and the new company petitioned for my L1A and I received the approval notice too.
However, I'm not sure how this affects my spouse who is on an L2. She has a valid EAD but we submitted
the original notice of approval during the application. Do we need to make any amends for her? The new notice
or the original one don't have her name on it. I'm assuming this is internally mapped on USCIS systems.

Just want to be very sure that we have all our documents in place with all the new rules being applied to
immigrants. We plan to travel abroad in March and would like to make sure we are granted entry back.

No change to L2. Yes, if the I-94 goes out of sync with the L1, then eventually extension would have to be applied, if applicable.
