Hi All, I am in a very weird situation. My L1 blanket extension was filed in May 2016 and i received RFE in Nov. My employer took a lot of time to respond to RFE due to delay in preparing all the documents (MSA/SOW/client letter/supervisor letters etc.) due to holiday season and they responded to RFE in premium processing
Now the situation is that my 240th (after visa/I-94 expiry) is overlapping with my 15th day of premium processing. 9 days are already passed.
I heard that sometimes USCIS responds on 15th day. If that happens with a denial, i won't be able to leave on the same day. Someone told me that in that case, you won't be able to work after 240 days but can stay further for few days to leave USA.
Any inputs please. Specifically, i have below queries. Many Thanks in advance!!!!
Feb 7 is my 240th day and also the 15th day in premium processing. Lets say the denial comes on last day, can i leave USA after 2-3 days of denial though it is crossing 240 days window.
If the denial comes on a bit early, for example, on 238th day then should i leave in 240 days window OR, if it crosses by 1-2 days, is it ok
