Current status :
I am currently on L1B Blanket Visa and is expiring on 27 Oct 2017 , i am working in X company. My wife is on L2, and she is working in same company X with L2 EAD.
My Company is ready to extend L1.
So, They will be sending me to India for L1 extension any time after 05 May 2017.
I observed that in last 12 months, there were more L1 visas getting rejected.
My Iterest:
1) I want to stay in US for some more years.
2) My Prefernece is to work in current company X.
3) My wife's job is optional for us.
Plans:
Due to more rejections in L1B, i do not want to take a chnace, so I am planning to apply H1B from other employer Y.
The other employer Y is ready to apply H1B for me with COS, Not with Consular.
My Questions:
Say If I apply H1B COS in Premium,
1) By what date I can get H1B COS premium result?
2) Once i get the H1B COS result as approved, can i still travel to India for L1B extension.
3) What is the procedure if I want to work on current employer X if i get both H1B and L1B extension are approved?

1) By what date I can get H1B COS result?
2) Once i get the H1B COS result as approved, can i still travel to India for L1B extension.
3) Before I get H1B COS result , can I travel to India for L1B extension.
3) What is the procedure if I want to work on current employer X if i get both H1B after my L1B extension are approved?
