My L1A blanket visa got rejected. I had given straightforward answers to the questions asked by the VO. However, it was rejected citing "not clearly approvable" and I was handed out a blue sheet of paper with that option marked.
My question is what are the next best options available? Would a L1 individual petition help? If so, after how much time from blanket petition rejection, should i file for individual petition?
