L1 individual for a startup - RFE help?
Hi,
My L1 individual application got asked for additional evidence to prove my specialised knowledge - stuff like documentation for training, contracts and correspondence to prove the specialised knowledge is useful for company, etc.
At big MNCs evidence like this is easy to get hold of, but at small team startups the training happens during the job itself, and there is no formal classroom style training.
Can anyone help with the best way to answer these? Anyone here who has got L1 individual approved for a small company?
