Applying for L1 B from London, US Embassy

Hello All,

I will visit to UK for business purpose from 20 FEB
My company has filed for L1B - Blanket already.
I am planning to take an appointment for VISA interview over there, in US embassy.
Will that be fine? I will be in UK for around 3 weeks so thought to complete the VISA application for L1-B from there.

Generally the consulates do not entertain third country nationals on visitor/business visas for stamping of a work visa. Advisable to check with the US consulate there before planning.
