    Have the rules changed recently for L2 visa holders who have EAD approved?

    Hi,

    My work has indicated that I am unable to travel with my L2 visa (for work) to India. Is this new? As last year I traveled to the Philippines on my L2 visa and EAD without my husband (who is the L1 holder) and had no issues at all.
