I am not able to retrieve my application to fill ds 160 and the error showing was surname and year of birth is not matching! however I am providing the correct details. kindly suggest me how to proceed further as my interview is scheduled in 3 days

It must be typographical error

It must be typographical error when you first entered. For example, instead of year 1984 we might end up adding 1084 as "9" and "0" is near by. Just guess some of these type of error and try to retrieve. Hope this helps.
