L1b(individual) to l1a(individual) - eligible for iwp?

I am currently on L1A visa with a valid petition till June 2018.

Earlier I was on L1B(Individual) and my visa expired on July 2016. During the extension process, my visa has been converted from L1B(Individual) to L1A(Individual).

I will be traveling to India in April and I need to get my visa stamping done.

Could you please help me on the following question:
Am I eligible for the visa interview waiver – drop box program?(FYI – visa expiry is within 12 months and its L1B(Individual) to L1A conversion)?

Have you got drop box option ? Mine also similar issue but I have earlier L1B Blanket and now L1B Individual petition. Am I too eligible for IWP ( Drop box )
