I-129S extension in Progress, I-94 & Visa Valid, Can I travel & re-enter USA?
Hello Everyone,
L1B Visa is valid till Jan 2020
I-94 Valid till May 2018
I-129S expired in Jan 2017 and the extension is in progress applied in Sep 2016. Received an email 1 week ago to submit RFE docs and reply by April 2017.
Since my L1B Visa & I-94 are still valid, Can I travel outside USA and re-enter to USA?
If Yes, What docs should I carry during POE?
