L1B visa petition title different

hey,

Currently, I am working as Technical Lead in product base company. I am getting intracompany transfer to its USA office. My current designation and designation mentioned in offer letter is "Technical Lead", but in my petition my designation is mentioned as "Application Engineer". Now when I appear for my visa interview, if VO asks the designation what should i answer? any suggestions please.

My suggestion is to get it corrected before going to visa otherwise it may lead to rejection.
