Appearing in renewed L1B Blanket petition
Hello All,
I have appeared for L1B Blanket Visa in Feb 2014 and got rejection saying "Your Blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8CFR 214.2(I)(II)(D) and INA 101(a) (15) (L)" .
I reappeared again after a year (Jan 2015) with same blanket petition and luckily visa got approved.
During second attempt, my blanket petition was getting expired in Aug-2016 and my application had 3 years which was till 2018.
So, VO approved visa for Aug-2016 only.
Now, My company has renewed the blanket petition last year.
My 2-3 colleagues applied under the same situation which I had (with previous denial) before and they did not get visa with the reason that once you get rejection in L1B blanket, you have to file L1b Individual.
My question here is that Can I appear with the renewed blanket petition (having once denial) ?
