H1B to L1 for GC

Hi,
I am in H1B in US. I am working for an end client (BIG4) via an Indian MNC. My employer is someone else. My customer is the Indian MNC. This Indian MNC is trying hard to find people of my skillset but they aren't able to get any good guys.
Indian MNC is insisting me on joining them full time.

I need to play my cards right.

I haven't worked with the Indian MNC in India or anytime in the past.
My aim (as of all others) is to get a GC the fastest.

I am not working in the Executive capacity currently but if I were to join the Indian MNC I will surely be hired in manager to Senior Manager role.

What category should I be asking in L1 to be able to get the GC in less than a year (if it is even possible).

I understand for EB1 category you need to qualify for these 3 conditions

- Working in Managerial position for minimum 3 years with the employer filing your EB1
- Having Direct reports under you
- need to have worked in any location, outside US for minimum 1 year in the past.

Now considering this will be my first job at the Indian MNC do I any how qualify for an EB1?

what is your nationality ? Asking this as for many country nationals GC under EB2 is current.
