I am on h1 visa and my spouse i's on l1 and my son is on l2 visa. My spouse and son''s visa is expIredell but having valid i94. I am changing employer and transferring my h1 to new employer. At same time we are planning to transfer my son to h4. Since his visa is expired company is requesting for i797 of my husband. Since my husband is on l1, 797 is blanket petion ofor his employer. My question is can I attach that for my son's change and status and will there be any issues?
