Blanket L1B - how to waive off J1 Country Residency Condition

I went to USA in the year 2013-14 on J1 visa via Fulbright and then after finishing my studies, rather than completing two years of physical presence of home condition, I served 3 months in home country and my company moved me to Istanbul. After serving in Istanbul, now my company is planning me to move to USA on Blanket L1B.

As I didn't serve two years of physical presence condition in home country, is there any way i can get a waiver for J1 home country physical presence?

I am very worried, what to do next!
