HI,
I have got my L1 visa approved and my spouse and kid will go for an interview on 30th Mar for L2 dependent Visa. I need your help on below mentioned points;
1. What all documents are required to carry for L2 visa interview. Is there a DD or any kind of fees required to be paid over an above the visa fees in this case?
2. My Marriage Registration date and the Marriage Ceremony date is not same, we did a registered marriage first and 2 months later had the marriage ceremony. Can you suggest how do i explain this and which date should my husband tell the officer. Until now we were using Marriage registration date everywhere as its a legal doc.
