On l2 want to apply for h1 - COS vs CP which one to pick
Hello all
My l2 extension is in process . L1 got approved recently . My employer is willing to file my h1. I might need to travel to India twice this year so he suggested to go for Consular processing than COS . Assuming that my application gets selected in lottery , how long can I maintain my L2 and EAD? CP interview will be in US or India ? I understand that for stamping I need to visit India . Can I reenter in US if H1 gets denied in interview and I have l2 stamped on my passport ?
Any drawbacks of Consular Processing ?
