Hi All
My company is applying for a L1B Blanket visa for me. My situation is the following ,
I have 11 years of Accounting Experience ( Progressively Experience) + I have the 70% of the Bachelor's first year degree.
I read about the three for One rule , in my case to complete that I need 1 more year of experience. But I can replace that with the 70% of the first year's degree completed?
