    MRV receipt not received

    I have made the visa fee payment through NEFT, its been 8 days and i have not received till date. Does anyone knows whom to contact? I have tried contacting the support my email and phone but haven't got an satisfactory answer from them. Can anyone please help.??
    Also how much time does it normally take to process NEFT payments?
