H1B to L2A benefit

Hello,

I need help in understanding from someone who has worked on H1B visa for 3 to 4 years and who is currently working on L2(A) visa.

1) Are you able to find jobs easily compared to when you were in the H-1B status?

2) Is the job that you got on L2(A) status more stable than the H1B job? Any regrets?

Please share all the details.
