Hi, I've filed my I-129 to renew my L1A visa. My wife (who is an L2) filed simultaneously her I-765 and I-539 to extend her EAD and status.
We received the approval for her I-765 on Monday (status also updated on USCIS website). However, my I-129 case and her I-539 case status haven't been updated.
I estimated that my filing should be processed last week or this one, so I wanted to know if I can assume that the visa is approved but just not updated online.
