Please help in my query, I had l1b blanket visa with validity from 2012 to 2015 where I stayed in US for 2 years I went back to India and had a new fresh l1b with validity of three years from 2015 to 2018. As I have a new l1b visa am I eligible to apply extension?

How many months lapsed between your exit while on L1 and the time of application of fresh L1?

It does appear that your 60 months would finish in 2017, so you have to either move to L1A or H1 in order to stay beyond.
