Hi,
I've got L2 approved recently thru COS and after that i applied for EAD(i765). My i765 is denied and received the decision letter. Denial reason is 'USCIS mistakenly thought i'm in L1, and they mentioned by spouse L1A details in the decision letter.'
they mentioned you are in L1 so you are not eligible for EAD, Your spouse can apply for EAD.
I have contacted uscis service center and explained they did mistake, I'm in L2 Status.
should i raise i-290B for reopen the case or can i get infopass appointment for the uscis center. Please suggest me what would be the best approach to proceed.
