L1B Amendment for Client /Work Location Change

Hi Friends,

I am currently in US on L1B Visa with Employer A working at Client location for my client C1 .
Now I will be moving out of this project and working for new Client C2 at their work location.
My L1B visa was applied as Blanket Visa and I have another 13 months remaining in my L1B.
?
1) Is an amendment mandatory for client /work location change?
2) If I go for L1B amendment for Client & Work Location change for C2 , are there any chances of my L1B visa getting rejected ?
3) Also, If there is a change in my Role or Salary in this amendment , will it be an issue ?

I am getting this doubt because in my I-129 , I had mentioned my Client's address as the work location . Now if I move to different client location, I thought we need an amendment to update the work location. Is my understanding not correct ? Please advise

Could you please confirm how did you proceed on the same, did your employer filled an amendment? I have a similar situation, I am working with Client X at location Y from last one year but now need to move to another client/location.

Any response would be appreciated.

Can you pls update latest on this thread? Did you go with amendment process? If so, how much time it took?

Is the amendment process is similar to extension process or much simpler?
