L1A Visa - RFE Response Time - HELP

Hi All,

My visa has been processing (L1A) at California Centre since 28th September 2016. We had RFE on 25th Jan 17 and our final response was received on March 24th. Is anyone else going through this. I feel like i am waiting and waiting and it is taking forever. Can anyone give current expected time frames to hear back on an RFE response.

Generally it will take anywhere between 3 months to 9 months. Incase if you need faster response , upgrade your petition to premium and you will get the know result in 15 business day. They have not suspended the premium processing for L-1 , So you can try that one
