L1 visa denied and I am yet to get US passport and India passport

Hi,

I am in critical situation now. My L1 extension is denied yesterday and I have Infant who just received birth certificate. I am yet to get US passport and apply India Visa.

I think it will take appx. 2-3 weeks to get US passport (expedited) and India visa (2 - 3 weeks). I am not sure what needs to be done now. Is there any temporary way which

can allow us to get these things done. It will be great if you could help.

Expedited passports from a state dept agency office takes only a few days, sometimes quicker than that
