H1 to L1 Visa conversion

Hi

I am in H1 since 2012 Feb in US . My visa would get over by feb 2018. there is a plan to convert from H1B to L1A . can someone tell me is it possible to convert my visa from H1B to L1A and possibility of approval / rejection .

since I was in US from 2012 consecutively till 2017 , but got my promotion during this period.

One of the requirements of L1A is you should have been employed in a qualifying company abroad in a managerial, executive capacity, for at least one year within the past three years. How would you fulfill this condition since you have been in US since 2012 and you got promoted when in US and do not seem to have managerial/executive experience outside US?
