L1b interview denial

Hi, I just got interview formula l1b blanket visa in China, but it was rejected. The reason could because I did't explain my specialized knowledge to vo very well.
Does anyone know what's my options now? Can I appoint another interview immediately by using the same blanket number?(wac **** **), or I have to apply a new blanket or individual visa

You can apply but doubt the outcome would be very different. I would suggest trying L1 individual.
