My husband is an h1b visa holder while I am on an H4. I have been in US since august 24th, 2016. Before I moved here, I worked with a company for 1 year and 6 months. That same company is now willing to sponsor my L1 visa as they have just opened an office here in The USA. Would I be eligible for an L1 if I have enough proof that I was on unpaid leave?
As this company needs me to start working ASAP, h1b is ruled out.
Any suggestions appreciated.
