Canadian citizen applying L1B visa
Hi all,
im looking for a way to apply L1B visa recently.
But i try to search the info from internet and i have received so many different answer.
I hope someone can share their experience with me or guide me what i suppose to prepare.
so heres the info i found on U.S. Customs and Border Protection WEBSITE, because i plan to apply in the US border. (much faster and easyier)
o Valid Canadian passport.
o I-129 visa petition filled out and signed by your employer
o Employment letter (must include time, payment and duty of your employment)
o A valid passport (including the old passports)
o Recent passport size photographs
so is that mean i only need to bring above documents and then i can know if my L1B visa can be approve or not in the border?
coz i found some people say it require below
Online submitted Form DS-160 with CEAC barcode
Original form I-797
Complete and signed Form DS-156 visa application;
please advise, appreciated.
